Louise joined the British Business Bank in January 2016 as the Start Up Loans Account Director and was appointed Commercial Managing Director in Small Business Lending in May 2023. Louise has over 20 years of financial services experience and has previously worked in various relationship management, customer service and MI roles, including at Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank.
