The company’s unique ‘RiskCubed’ platform leverages business intelligence to consolidate complex and fragmented data sources and to provide best-in-class real-time analytics, insight and reporting capabilities to its customers.
In February 2024, CubeLogic took on new external investment from Bowmark Capital, a leading mid-market private equity firm. As part of the deal, Growth Capital Partners, a leading UK partnership investor, exited their minority investment, after just under four years.
The finance and partnership with Growth Capital Partners allowed CubeLogic to expand its leadership team, creating an Executive Board and formalising succession plans. A Chairman, COO, CFO, and US-based CRO were recruited and an ESG committee were implemented.
In addition, Investments were made in systems alongside a more formalised sales and marketing function and development of finance and operational processes to drive profitability.
