How will the data I provide be used, stored, and processed?
We work with market research companies who apply industry best-practices in data storage and processing. Any personal data collected in our evaluation research is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data is anonymised and all findings are aggregated such that individual responses cannot be identified in any research publications produced by the BBB or its contractors.
If you are contacted on behalf of BBB and do not wish to participate in the research, you may opt out at any time.
Who may I contact if I have questions on evaluation research which I have been asked to participate in?
If you have been asked by a market research company to participate in research on behalf of BBB, you will be provided with the contact details of the responsible individuals in both organisations.

Why is the evaluation research being carried out, and why is my participation important?
Evaluation research plays an important role in informing our response to addressing failures in SME finance markets. More information can be found under the heading ‘About our Evaluations’.
