Overseeing other state investments

The British Business Bank oversees some funds in which the government has made investments, and which are still investing in businesses.  These fall into two main areas – JEREMIE funds and some funds previously managed by Regional Development Agencies

Other programmes which will fall under the oversight of the British Business Bank but which are no longer making investments include the Small Firms Loan Guarantee, the Regional Venture Capital Fund (RVCF) programme, the UK High Technology Fund, Early Growth Funds, the Aspire Fund and a large portfolio of other funds established by former RDAs.
